Just trying to write down my blog with both English and Chinese, though I think there will not be too many people watching it.
．超難的課程 The course is soooo hard
昨天第一次上課，是Administrative Law，比我想像中還要難上很多......我覺得最大的問題還是在於自己的法學英文不夠好，很多很多的專有名詞都不知道，所以大部分的時間都是霧煞煞的度過，然後在這門課又沒有認識的人，只能單槍匹馬奮鬥，雖然知道也許我該趁這個機會認識些新朋友，但是挫折感與無力感實在太強了，反而什麼都沒做。甚至很懦弱地想著乾脆不要上這門課算了，不過逃避地了一時逃不了永遠啊，更何況就是因為它有挑戰性才更應該要繼續上下去。
I just had my first class yesterday, Administrative Law. It is much more difficult than I had imagine...... I think the biggest problem is my poor legal English -- the legal terms are so unfamiliar to me, so I can just understand a small part of the lecture. Unfortunately, I don't have any friends in the same class, so I can only fight by myself. Maybe it's a good time to get to know some new friends, while I feel so frustrated that I only turn back and do nothing.
I am even cowardly thinking about dropping this class; however, maybe I can escape this time but I cannot escape forever.
也許我應該花比其他同學更多的時間做預習、複習，讓自己更加熟悉這個領域吧，總之目前我是打算繼續修下去的，希望自己能好好撐過去，也希望星期五的working group能更加油一點。
Maybe I should spend more time previewing and reviewing the literature to make myself more familiar with it. In brief, I think I will keep taking this course, and hope I can survive this block. Hope I can survive the working group this Friday also.
明天要上另一門課，就我所知至少有三個認識的人也有修同門課，應該會比較不那麼無力吧，嗯，希望。
Have another class tomorrow, which I know there are at least three of my friends taking it. So... the situation might not be less harsh? Well, hope so.
．第一次看到雪！The first snow in my life!
今天movie night 結束後竟然看到雪了！！！！喔喔喔喔喔喔好感動啊啊啊啊，人生中（應該是）第一次看到雪，總之就是輕飄飄的感覺，原本還以為葛洛寧恩應該不會下雪了，沒想到竟然就被我看到了QQ一定要把它特別分點記錄一下！
It snowed today!!!!! Oh I was so touched cause it is my first time to see the real snow! As a person living in subtropical zone, I really have almost no chance to see the snow, so I should just write down this "first time" . :)

．生日趴！Birthday party in Albertine!
連續兩天都有人生日，所以我們在廚房辦了簡單的慶祝，就真的非常簡單，大家自己帶酒來、然後聊聊天，但是我還滿喜歡這樣的模式的耶，整個宿舍大概一半的人都來了（二十五個人左右），也遇到好多之前沒講過話的人，有些人甚至連看都沒看過，我想這是一個認識大家很好的機會吧。
We were celebrating our flatmates' birthday in purple kitchen today. Everyone brings whatever want to drink(mostly beer or wine lol) and eat, then talk to each other. Almost half of the tenants came(approximately 25 people), so I finally have the chance to meet and talk to people who I have never talked(even seen) before. I really love the way we celebrate people's birthday, it's pretty lovely.
也終於知道原來在同棟裡面也有人是讀法律的，實在太難得了，畢竟來這邊實在很少遇到同樣法律系的國際學生，幾乎全部都是在law introduction認識的。結果原來遠在天邊近在眼前，而且其實我和他之前就聊過好幾次的天了，竟然完全不知道對方是同科系的XD
Also, I finally know that there's another law student in Albertine! It's soooo rare! I seldom meet international students who study in law in Groningen except in the law introduction, so I just feel really exited haha.
覺得自己好像越來越喜歡這間宿舍了，雖然小小的但是很溫馨，而且今天我的廚房終於有比較多人、大家終於有機會在餐桌聊天了，算是滿大的進步吧哈哈哈哈。
Think that I love this international student house more and more. Although it is small but really quite cozy :D Oh and we finally had people gathering and chatting in my kitchen today; it's pretty a big progress to green kitchen! We should keep sustaining it!
